Apuan Alps
A Film by Valter Torri
Valter Torri was a diving instructor for twenty years. He has been making documentary films since 1998 – both underwater and on land. To do so, he travels to places such as the Seychelles, Indonesia, Venezuela, Brazil – and Italy. In this film, he captures the spirit of the Apuan Alps, a mountain range in north-western Tuscany. In this rugged landscape, characterised by rocks and biodiversity, nature has created spectacular formations over millions of years.
