Director Statement
I have always believed that places hold memories and that some people are silent guardians of stories at risk of being forgotten. When I met Antonio and heard about his deep Connection with Lago di Fimon, I knew this story needed to be told. It is not just the portrait of a man but of a profound relationship with nature—one built on respect, contemplation, and melancholy. With this documentary, I hope to create a space for reflection on what we lose, what remains, and those who choose to care for it.
