Deep in the woods, where lynx, bears, deer, owls, capercaillies and other animals make their home, Vincent Munier and his son listen to the sounds of the forest. Together, the two experience the untamed beauty of nature and recount stories that Munier heard from his own father. In this way, the film becomes a touching declaration of love to Munier’s father – and forges a bond between the generations through a shared fascination with nature.
