The war in Ukraine has caused enormous damage to the country’s unique natural environment. The total damage has already exceeded the 100 billion dollar mark. The film weaves together three storylines: a zoologist is setting up a high-performance network to rehabilitate bats injured in the war; an ecologist is working in a devastated national park; and an environmental journalist is risking her life to draw attention to the urgent need to save the environment.
