The Alps are home to numerous animal species whose fates are intertwined: the squirrel steals the nutcracker’s supplies, the woodpecker struggles to build its nest, and the ant forms an alliance with aphids. Through a unique and fresh perspective on the lives, loves, struggles and strategies of these animals, the film shows that it is not always the strongest who triumph, but those who help one another.
